Refund & Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- 📦 Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- 🧾 It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
- ⏳ Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable:
- 💻 Digital products & downloads
- 🔓 Used or damaged items not due to our error
- 🎁 Gift cards and promotional items
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- ✅ Check your bank account again
- ✅ Contact your bank or credit card company
- ✅ It may take some time before your refund is officially posted
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with photos as proof.
6. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
